I'm Marisa and I'd like to share with you a little bit of my story and the essence of Talent Link Consulting.

 

Talent Link Consulting was born at a time of transformation, after a deep reflection on my professional journey and what really moves me.

 

For about 8 years, I built a solid career in SMEs and multinationals in the insurance sector. Despite being on a stable path, I felt that I wanted to go further: I wanted my work to have a direct and significant impact on people's lives. This desire led me to undertake a master's degree in HR Management and, with the help of a career counselor, I was able to fulfill my dream of changing direction and dedicating myself to the area of human resources.

 

Over the past 2 and a half years, I have had the privilege of working in recruitment and selection and talent acquisition for multinational companies. It was during this period that I realized my true purpose: helping people explore their potential and pave their path in the professional context.

 

During this period, I had the privilege of being part of the professional change of dozens of people. It was the desire to make a difference, in a more personal and personal way, that led me to create Talent Link Consulting.

 

Talent Link Consulting is a space dedicated to listening, valuing and supporting, helping you overcome challenges and achieve your goals. Here, there are no ready-made answers or magic formulas – my commitment is to help you discover your own answers and gain the confidence you need to move forward.
